One metric that jumped out at me is the global reach. This feature is rumored to be in development but I couldn't get it even with the custom reporting. I was amazed to discover that of some 200-ish countries in the world, there has been at least one visit from each except for just 77.

You can hover over each box to get a sense of the key metrics. I can find the biggest pools of customers who share a behavior and go back and optimize my campaign strategy, my content strategy and indeed my overall digital strategy. It shows all the incoming traffic to a site as a Treemap.
