As much as possible, emphasize the traction you have already achieved and the metrics you are using to measure that traction. I’ve built my email list through that as well. I’ve got a subscriber base of about 40,000 emails as well, and it’s the centerpoint for everything I’ve done and the exposure I’ve gained. They haven’t built an email list. They all went onto my email list and I kept some value that way. He really loves small business.
