A pivotal meeting with nurses at Hospice of Dayton in Ohio helped them figure out what features to build: It was a bit like leading sheep to wolves, and became one of our biggest learning moments. We were charging a really high up-front annual fee to these providers and the end result of that was a pretty long sales cycle.
