Product/Metrics (70%/30% time) * Get your product activation (sign-up + meaningful action) to 60% * then, Get your product retention to 20% weekly. Do that – nothing else but one product / company / focus and get to $1M in sales with atleast $15% net profit. Other sources of capital. It all depends on where you’re at.

We had to raise some seed capital. So we had managed to provide a really modern healthcare experience with very high NPS score, very high retention, while still having a very strong provider experience. I think last week it changed from supplies to the demand. In seven days, we launched the application.
