I continue to be stunned and amazed by both the behavior of our government around this and the behavior of “us” (companies and individuals) around their data given our government’s behavior. And – it’s not just the government, but mother nature and humans.

US drug powerhouse Pfizer and Iceland-based Actavis were among the bidders in the final round, but Teva beat their offers. The 2-year model, which was also backed by the Bank of Israel, will allow the government to present a long term plan and maintain market stability. The deal is expected to capture significant synergies for Teva.
