The ultimate irony is that when we later sold the Company for a substantial amount of money, it was discovered during due diligence that the prestigiously inept firm (whose name rhymes with a type of pasta) screwed up a basic corporate filing. a deal in which you gain valuable, incremental bandwidth while mitigating your cash outflows.
