And I can even imagine cases where it might burn more cash than a traditional startup. In times when venture capital is hard to get, investors extract high costs for failure (down-rounds, cram downs , new management teams, shut down the company.) Over its lifetime a Lean Startup may spend less money than a traditional startup.
