It fits just as well into Gowanus, Brooklyn as it does Iowa, Kansas, and Wyoming. After getting to know Ben from the tech community, he pitched me his concept for a CPG food company. Ample Hills is a mass appeal brand that, unlike a lot of other artisanal NYC places, you could see anywhere in the country. At least, I thought it was.
