Chris calls this the “at Pricing” multiple, and you should notice that is is much lower than the $VEEV multiple of 18X. If the founder (or any member of Party A) participates in the IPO, they do NOT even receive the issue price. That said, the “courage” issue is real. Unfortunately, the real story is even worse.
