Slack is looking to build the B2B version of Clubhouse (Slack Virtual Hallways). 31 employees according to Linkedin, but seems to be bootstrapped. Capuccino – an audio social network launched in July 2020 by French founders. Bootstrapped. Stereo , launched in 2020 and is based in LA. Open Source.

I closed down my first business last November and I am bootstrapping the second one currently. We attempted to use Waterfall and market ourselves as B2C. We changed our model to B2B and adopted Agile around 2002. Cash is tight. I would definitely be interested any scholarship opportunities that might be made available.

The first step in Customer Development was Customer Discovery ; extracting hypotheses from the business plan and getting the founders out of the building to test the hypotheses in front of customers. Hopefully this will get more bootstrapping entrepreneurs focusing on making money instead of raising money. Just as a refresher.
