Raising seed capital is a tricky business. Most are making major mistakes in their approach when seeking capital. Pre-launch funding is pretty common in Silicon Valley, but that’s a unique case. Outsourcing is something a big company, with a known customer / problem (that has revenue & traction) does to save cost. I have a proposal written up including full cost and revenue projections. Ideally you can pay them based + equity so that you’ll get their attention and focus on the project. They care about real product.
