And in fact, The Lean Startup is very much that. I explained it to Washington State, because that was ground zero of the United States at the time until it was New York. One of my old Lean Startup sayings is that metrics are people too, and it came up in my conversation with Brian Chesky, too. In fact, it is depressing.
