Where Stealth is Good – There’s a lot of discussions on the web about whether startups should be stealthy before they launch or not. Most people totally advise against stealth.

Kenshoo , the SEM automation startup and Sequoia’s darling, has raised a fourth round of $8-10 million from Sequoia. Founded by CEO Meir (Iri) Zohar, eXalate has offices in New York and Kfar Saba, Israel. SimpliVT , a new venture in stealth has raised $9.2 The exact details of the deal were not disclosed.

By now we all know that the largest part of the online spend has been SEM (search engine marketing) where people buy CPC (cost per click) links to display alongside the “organic&# search results in the search engine. It’s still in stealth but plans to make announcements soon. But this will obviously change over time.
