Its common to find a hacker at the heart of almost any successful technology company. When a startup encounters difficult technical problems, this is the guy you want solving them. Hes just as comfortable writing code as racking servers, debugging windows drivers, or devising new interview questions. All is not lost, though.

Ranging from configuration issues to down time, to unresponsiveness of the technical staff. And best of all, we get Rackspace fanatical support. With the previous provider it took days to get to the bottom of the issue, primarily because technical support did not respond quickly enough. There were constant problems.

Or there are people who will get their tech support question answered and as a result not call you on the phone (saving you $50 it costs you to answer the phone). This is very effective for many kinds of websites, be they ecommerce or technical support or lead generation or whatever else is your quest in life. :).
