During the Internet Bubble there were a number of startups founded by business people who then wentlooking for hackers to create their product for them. This was not uncommonduring the Bubble, especially in companies run by business types, who thought of software development as something terrifying thattherefore had to be carefully planned.

Had I known it was going to take the internet by storm I probably would have been a bit more careful with my word choice (especially referring to.NET as a language, doh!).
