They use geo/ip to work out where I am. A really nice way to do a multi-channel strategy. Not just the online + offline part (though they all want multi-channel desperately), but the whole cart experience. I press a button and – boom! – Music! It is not that hard to do this. They work out my local time.

You can get the overall traffic numbers… Which gives you a sense for how strategically you are treating this channel, and how your competitors are doing it. Even if organic social exposure on top channels are approaching sub 5% of your followers! Identify channels that are more effective for your competitors.
