My father was a doctor, a pediatrician with zero interest or knowledge in business at all. His father came from Romania. I got a job at a bank, and I worked in their corporate finance group. He grew up in Colombia, South America. He still speaks Spanish more than he speaks English. Comp sci in the 80s was terrible.
