The advantage there is that we can designate part of their net profit that they can distribute to the owner as either tax-free distributions, or as owner salary. Well, then you could probably look at me and say, “Hey, Ryan, why don’t we send it all through distributions? Then we don’t have to pay payroll tax.”

And as we looked at that and had discussions and examined what that meant, it really meant distributing the sense of ownership, just pushing it out and opening it up and trying to enable anyone else to do this as well. And we at the time made it $1,000 because that was around the cost of serving one of those units.

To form a digital development fund to coordinate the R&D and the distribution pathways with our like-minded partners. I think there’s going to be a serious effort to reshore manufacturing, or perhaps revitalize Puerto Rico as a hub for manufacturing of advanced pharmaceutical ingredients. I think he gets the mix right.

In the time since our conversation, data and science have shown again and again that wearing masks is an incredibly effective, low-cost and simple way to prevent viral spread. When the thing has almost no cost, the potential upside is huge. How much is that going to cost if you do? And the cost is huge, does happen.
