I’m aboard Delta flight 1833 from Cincinnati (actually, Northern Kentucky for what it’s worth) to Los Angeles. I had a very enjoyable day in Cincinnati meeting many local entrepreneurs, angels and accelerators. I met with Dave Knox whom I had previously met when he worked at P&G in marketing. I’m only going to mention a few, but there are hundreds of famous entrepreneurs that got their start late in life. But, Sanders didn’t stop and eventually, went on to found and franchise ‘Kentucky Fried Chicken’. The successful Silicon Valley companies that are run by 20-year-olds are exceptions, not the rule.
