LeWeb , Europe's largest (and the world's second largest) Internet conference is held in Paris every December. The JEI program was created in 2004 and is managed by the Ministry of Research. It was created and is run by French entrepreneur Loïc Lemeur ( Seesmic ), and it includes a competition for European startups.
