It was 2007 and in preparation for the launch I decided to put together a team as I was pretty sure I’d need the help. I wrote the launch emails, recruited and communicated with affiliates, wrote launch blog posts and coordinated most things. That was the plan, but it didn’t work out quite as I intended.

At the start of 2007, about a year later after adding the newsletter to my blog, I had 3,000 email subscribers. I went from 3,000 people at the start of 2007, to about 5,000 in the next few months leading up to the release of the Blueprint , to 15,000 subscribers after the launch of Blog Mastermind and the Blueprint.
