Baltimore’s startup community has plenty of room for new leaders. There’s still tons of work to do in building up a robust environment for Internet companies here. There are a ton of programmers in this region and a lot of them are toiling away outside of the communities I highlighted in #2. Catchy tune.

As a matter of fact, one can argue they exist for as long as the internet has. The first virtual worlds were simple chat rooms & communities. We are only at the beginning of what potentially could be a new version of the internet. Fortnite partnered with Nike on Air Jordan outfits. Virtual worlds aren’t new.
