We just finished our 6th annual Hacking for Defense class at Stanford. Hacking for Defense has teams of students working to understand and solve national security problems. What a year. With the pandemic winding down it finally feels like the beginning of the end. This would seem to be a fatal stake through the heart of the class.

We just finished our 5th annual Hacking for Defense class at Stanford. The eight teams spoke to over 945 beneficiaries, stakeholders, requirements writers, program managers, warfighters, legal, security, customers, etc. What a year. At the end of the quarter each of the eight teams give a final “Lessons Learned” presentation.

The eight teams spoke to over 820 beneficiaries, stakeholders, requirements writers, program managers, warfighters, legal, security, customers, etc. Hacking for Defense has its origins in the Lean LaunchPad class I first taught at Stanford in 2011.
