We’re clearly in the early stages on Twitter monetization but let me offer some views on why we find Ad.ly Wordpress), video (YouTube), pictures (Flickr), review sites (Yelp) and collaborative content (Wikipedia). But if it’s wrong, the CTO has solid documentation to review. The firm’s development team must be able to integrate primitive, early-stage technologies. I believe that SMEs, due to financial constraints, settle for a CTO with hybrid responsbilities that also include CIO duties. code quality. (1).
