I would add -- think of your development and running your business like a PM/Developer uses Agile or Scrum in software development. Paring down products, target customers, business models etc takes courage, but it must be done to have any chance of success. The Lean Startup Intensive is tomorrow at Web 2.0.

For example, IMVU’s early business model was made possible by Paypal’s easy self-serve and open access payment system. First, I really find it hard to imagine a circa 2009 web start-up that doesn't start with a huge technical date. The Lean Startup Intensive is tomorrow at Web 2.0. Does that help?

Because it is important for kids in North East Ohio to understand what high tech is and why and how a solution may be scalable, students were allowed to pitch any idea that could be solved using a mobile/web solution. Scrum boards went up detailing everything they needed to accomplish by Friday afternoon.
