But if he were to lose his job, the developer would face the prospect of being forced to return to his native India, relinquishing his toehold in the States. But what I think was hard, and it was something he couldnt consider was that it would be harder to find a *maintaining* programmer, and how much it would cost to run the software, because of technical details he didnt understand. Programmers, and certainly not the visionary founders, are the most qualified for that task. #6
