It was written by a guy about my age down in Louisville, Kentucky. We stayed in touch and I got to know a bunch of the Louisville startup and creative crew, like Todd Earwood, Matt Winn, and Ashley Cecil. We got the round done with some great names around the table--Jason Calacanis, Chris Sacca, and General Catalyst.

For example, I recently flew into the Louisville, KY, airport where I had the opportunity to experience the Dyson Airblade hand dryer. Then I check Wikipedia if there are concepts I don’t understand (B2B marketing, Angel Investors, Boab tree, etc). I write out the name of the company and any ideas associated with it.
