I agree with that, they are becoming no different to other large vertically integrated service providers like Facebook and Apple. they admitted accepting illegal ads for pharmaceuticals in Canada and agreed to forego over $500m in profits. they over-rode users privacy settings in Safari so that Google+1 ads would work.
