Having to hire, fire, and lay people off, it’s hard to do. We added an employee-of-the-month program, we work on providing meals and beers, and trips to Portland, but retaining people is still a tough one. Colleen: Currently it’s all about distribution. We make our money in beer distribution, not so much on the food side.
