I remember enjoying reading his book “ Delivering Happiness ,” the story behind how he led Zappos and drove it to a billion dollars in revenue before Amazon bought it. He thought his family in Maryland could use it to know what’s going within Ethiopian circles there. He loved it! Okay,” I thought. Maybe there’s something here.
