How spoiled we are, taking for granted a system of government with relatively stable, transparent laws and regulations, consistently applied (at least in theory), and subject to judicial oversight with appellate review. Silicon Arabia has engineers in Russia as well as Egypt.) What the heck was I doing in Egypt anyway?
