If I honor your NDA, and I meet a great investor or potential employee or valuable partner for your new venture, I wouldnt be able to tell them about it. If someone hired you, would you have your lawyer look over the NDA? The trick worked and the hyper-sophisticated AC system hummed into operation, but he was still challenged.
