A keen researcher, I looked up the best states to incorporate a company for startups— Nevada and Delaware were tops. Other founders say having a baby beats it, but we’ll have to wait and see about that. Those could help out a lot of founders. I chose Delaware, signed up with Clerky and paid for my incorporation.
