The future is here it’s just distributed unevenly – Silicon Valley view of tech adoption. And they have been selling these systems to other countries (Iran, Syria, Egypt, etc.). Today, China can do this in the Pacific and to a limited extent, Iran has this capability in the Persian Gulf.
