So after the prototype, I took my rideshare & delivery earnings (I had taken up driving on the side before and after my after-school job to fill the money blanks) and threw it into product development to get something truly functional, a test version. That’s when I began to think of New York. it was now clickable!

We actually met taking some web development classes in Chicago. I was doing an early-stage startup in Chicago and Betsy was running a physical product development company in Charlotte that she’d recently sold. Both Betsy and I come from entrepreneurial backgrounds before starting TTS.

We opened in Scarsdale, NY and the program was so successful that we expanded in 2016 to Rye Brook and 2017 to Armonk, all in Westchester County, just north of New York City. It’s been a fabulous experience. I’ve started renting out my VW Danbury Rio campervan in my spare time.
