I love that the analyst is segmenting the data rather than showing the aggregate trend ("all data in aggregate is essentially crap" – me). If you use Omniture's Site Catalyst or Google Analytics or whatever, they do a good job of collecting clean data into those two segments. Ditto for Social Media.
