Know your North Star Metric. Hint: it’s not usually a company-valued metric like revenue. Implement Agile ! Hybrid Product analytics organization: Central teams for tools, methods, governance. Data governance – hated but necessary: Rules of play. Don’t be blind with one metric. Optimize for that.
