The unimportance of product names. Don’t waste too much time on picking a perfect name for your product. And what about picking a name that’s available as a domain? Having seen that this could be a successful format for attracting people to Ireland Paddy hosted another the following year and called in favors to get the likes of Jack Dorsey, Chad Hurley and again Matt to visit. Getting names of marquee speakers would obviously draw a good crowd from across Europe. Why Was my Visit So Valuable?

I was the first “Hunter” to work at Google, so I got the six-letter name (the second Hunter went for retnuh@ — “hunter” backwards. YouTube founder Chad Hurley was also very generous including me in stuff, which resulted in invites to parties, meetings, and meals above my pay grade. Obviously he’s an engineer).
