Eric, as you know, I grew up in suburban New Jersey and in suburban New Jersey, we ate a lot of Benihana growing up and I love the Americanized version of this deeply traditional Japanese meal. It is the entrepreneurs that are singing their heart out, playing the instruments, et cetera.
