These don’t have to be big solutions like Google search or Amazon—they could be much smaller. I’ll leave you with one last example: consider GoPro , t he camera company that got started in 2002. Palo Alto Software, for example, uses their own product, LivePlan , to manage and keep track of key business metrics. Very clever.
