?. October is Women Owned Small Business month. I love this observance because it functions as a reminder of the gigantic hurdles female entrepreneurs have overcome – and the trails women continue to blaze. Female business owners couldn’t get a federal business loan. Did you know?

Google released Chromebook in October 2011, offering a faster and easier way to access the Internet. Chromebooks also did not work with Apple devices, which presents problems for the millions of people who own iProducts.

?. October is Women’s Small Business Owner Month. Time to recognize the achievements of women, and support them, too. Walking down Main Street in my town made me realize how many business owners of these storefronts are owned by women. Women – you are the backbone of our economy.
