We had nascent revenues, ridiculous cost structures and unrealistic valuations. Between 2006–2008 I sold both companies that I had started and became a VC. I was in it for the love of working with entrepreneurs on business problems and marveling at technology they had built. Until we weren’t. I am having fun again.
